Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe, a mixed race British-Nigerian child was born into an ethnically diverse family from South London. Her father is Nigerian Swiss as is her mom who's English. Her family was raised on a south London council estate as a teenager, she 14, attended The Brit School. She studied acting in The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. At the academy and performing in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career with a film titled Storm Damage. The actress has been guest for Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film role was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), opposite Colin Farrell. Her success resulted in her being cast as Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. Later, she appeared in six episodes Trexx & Flipside playing the character of Ollie. In 2008, she got Bambi's part on the ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. She appeared in two series, 2 and 3. Madekwe made an appearance in the 2008 comedy film How to Lose Friends & Get People to Leave. Her credits in theatre are Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut was in 2009 with her dramatic The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes before it was ended on The CW. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. After being a regular for the initial two seasons it was reported in late May 2013 that Madekwe would depart the series following her appearance on the pilot episode of the third season. From 2014-2016, Madekwe starred as Tituba on the show Salem. Madekwe and her boyfriend for many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also played a part with her on the TV series Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with a huge family. Her parents were Roy and Patty along with her older brothers: Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. The four brothers of Ashley, each of them extremely physically active, were all playing hockey in the winters and baseball in the summer, so they grew up mostly in baseball and arenas. Ashley didn't walk, instead she was a dancer. In the age of two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. Ashley became a dancer immediately. When she was in High School, Ashley danced competitively in the highest divisions of tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, acrobatics, musical theatre, lyrical and hip hop. She was crowned the top individualist in all the major dance competitions including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
